How does billing work?
Memberships are billed once a year in Jamaican dollars. The monthly figures on this page are only there to help you compare plans; you are not charged monthly.
Will I be charged automatically when my year ends?
No. Renewal is manual: we email you reminders before your membership ends and you choose whether to renew. We never store your card or charge it without you.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling stops your next renewal. Your listing and plan benefits stay active until the end of the year you have already paid for.
When will my listing go live?
Every listing is reviewed by our team before it is published. Your membership year starts on the day your listing is approved, not the day you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not issued automatically. If something isn’t right, contact us and our team will look at your request case by case.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your host dashboard and only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your membership year. Moving to a smaller plan happens at renewal.
Is visibility guaranteed?
Higher plans get priority placement in discovery features, but placement, traffic and bookings are not guaranteed.
